Wi-Fi HaLow: the connectivity layer IoT, kiosks, and digital signage have been waiting for
For years, wireless deployments faced a painful choice: standard Wi-Fi's bandwidth with poor battery life and penetration, or the range and efficiency of Zigbee. Wi-Fi HaLow resolves that tradeoff.
What is the Difference Between Cellular Failover vs. SD-WAN?
Cellular failover exists to do one thing: keep your site online when your primary broadband connection fails. SD-WAN is a traffic orchestration layer.
Wi-Fi HaLow vs. Wi-Fi 6: Which One Actually Belongs in Your Enterprise?
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) is the current high-throughput standard. It operates in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Wi-Fi HaLow (802.11ah) operates in the sub-1 GHz band.

Your Questions, Answered by Intelligence

We’ve engineered Pronto to simplify complex enterprise networks. Here’s how it all comes together — from setup to scalability.

What makes the PC63 "industrial" grade?

The PC63 is rated for −40°C to 70°C operating temperature, a range that covers outdoor kiosks, cold storage environments, and sun-exposed enclosures. It also features industrial-standard SIM and power connectors (DC industrial type) with ESD protection rated at 2 kV contact / 4 kV air discharge.

Yes. One WAN port supports 48V PoE input, so you can power the router and receive network connectivity over a single Ethernet cable from a PoE switch or injector. No separate power adapter needed in PoE deployments.

PC63 uses two interchangeable cellular boards. The Cat 4 board also supports the optional AI module. The alternative board supports Cat 6 or 5G cellular speeds but is not compatible with the AI add-on. When ordering with AI capabilities, Cat 4 LTE is the cellular standard.

PC63 supports LTE-FDD bands B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/18/19/20/25/26/28 and LTE-TDD bands B38/39/40/41, along with WCDMA and GSM fallback. This covers major carriers across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

Wi-Fi HaLow (850–950 MHz) is an optional module. It’s ideal for deployments requiring long-range IoT connectivity, outdoor sensors, parking meters, vending machines at range, where 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi does not reach.
